We know that amazing things happen at University through the many student communities that the SU has and we want to make sure that they are getting the recognition they deserve.

By completing this form, this story will be hosted on upsu.com within the SU news site and will then be shared through the SU social channels Facebook and Instagram as well as through SU emails and University student bulletins.

The word document must include:

  • Who was involved? (Is this a story about yourself or someone else, was it an individual or group activity, a sports club/ society/ school or course rep? Include student names, group name/ role of those involved)
  • What was the activity? (This will be used as the main information to shape the title of the article)
  • When did this happen? (Provide the date/ dates/ period for the event)
  • Where did this happen?
  • Why did the activity take place? (Was there a reason behind this, doing it for charity or sporting competition)
  • Your article content (This could include additional information you'd like covered in the article)
  • Quotes and their name and role/title (Quotes from those involved, what was good/ went well, why it was important)
  • URL link to a video/ picture/ pictures (These must be hosted somewhere such as Google Drive, Dropbox, YouTube)
