Free Virtual Sweat and Sculpt

A highly effective blend of both cardio and toning exercises combined to achieve maximum metabolic conditioning. This will certainly give you a sweat and push your abilities. Suitable for ALL levels.
Free Virtual Yoga

Weekly session open to ALL students at ALL levels of experience. Enjoy a mid week relaxing evening yoga session! Doesn’t matter if you are new to yoga or experienced, anyone can join in. This session is delivered by a qualified coach via zoom.
