Can I bring non-student guests to the Summer Ball?
Yes, each student ticket holder is entitled to purchase a ticket for a non-student guest, this can be purchased online during the sale period. They must be over 18, ID must be produced at the Ball entrance.
How do I collect my Summer Ball ticket?
You will need to collect your physical ticket, and any guest tickets (wristband) from the SU Bar, between 28th - 30th May, 11 am - 4pm. 31st May 11am-6pm

You need your student card to collect your ticket.

If necessary, you can collect your ticket on the day of the ball 1st June from Portland Square, Ground Floor, 10am - 3pm.

Are there any cash machines at the ball?
There are a small amount of machines at the ball, please make sure you bring enough cash with you on the night.
Can I leave the ball and re-enter once I have entered?
No. Only under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the door team will you be allowed to leave the ball and re-enter.
Can I get a refund once I purchase a ticket?
We will not offer any refunds for tickets purchased. Only under extreme circumstances, please email if you are having issues.
