Some tickets sold, such as nightclub event tickets, are sold through our external ticketing partner Native. For any tickets sold through here, you will receieve an email to the email address you entered at checkout with your e-tickets
in. You can also view your e-tickets online by logging in to the Native website with your student account.

If you didn't receive an email with your e-tickets, it is likely that you entered your email incorrectly when checking out. You can view and edit the email for your account on the Native website.
