Pole dancing for fitness is a fun and unique sport; it combines acrobatics, dance and strength. You don’t need to have any previous experience; people from all walks of life have fallen in love with pole. Pole dance will help increase your confidence, flexibility, strength and fitness, in a strong friendly club there to support. Classes are at a prestigious studio 5 minutes away from the campus and we meet for practices and socials regularly.

Socials are held every week for the first few weeks of the year and then roughly every two weeks until the last term where they are held monthly. Socials are variety of nights out, meals and activities such as bowling or film nights, and a Christmas meal. Joint socials with other clubs are also organised!
Events include competitions such as South West University Pole Competition, and the Inter-University Pole Dance Competition. We also do a Christmas showcase for charity which gives our students the chance to perform.
