Students are sat around tables talking to each other in the SU Little Room

On the 12th of October, UPSU hosted the first gathering of the Postgrad Students Network. Held in the Little Room in the SU building, VP Education Darcie Jones spoke a little bit about what UPSU does for postgraduate students on both Taught and Research programmes, and about the Postgraduate Network as well.

Darcie said: ‘I'd like to say a big thank you to all postgraduate students that attended the first postgrad meet-up of the academic year. It was so great to see such a lively group of students interacting with both each other and us at the Students Union. As VP Education it's great to get the opportunity to see what postgrad students are up to, both socially and within their studies, and gain feedback on how we can best represent you as students. If any students have feedback on anything they'd like to see within the SU for the postgrad community don't hesitate to get in touch!’

Are you interested in coming along to the next session? Or would you like to join the Postgraduate Network? You can find more information out here.
