Welcome to the Plymouth University Karate Society – a new and exciting community for students of all levels who want to train, grow, and thrive through karate. Whether you're a complete beginner, a seasoned practitioner, or just curious about martial arts, all styles are welcome. Our society is the perfect place to develop physical fitness, mental discipline, and self-confidence in a supportive and inclusive environment.

We offer regular training sessions led by experienced instructors, covering sport and traditional karate as well as self-defense. Beyond the dojo, we foster a strong sense of camaraderie through social events, workshops, and opportunities to attend inter-university competitions such as BUCS and seminars.
