Don't worry about your size or skill level, because Jiu-Jitsu levels the playing field for everyone.
Dive into a journey where you'll not only learn to protect yourself but also forge unbreakable bonds with a crew of diverse backgrounds. Some members are seasoned Jitsu pros, while others are fresh off the starting line. No matter where you begin, you'll soon be twisting wrists, executing armlocks, and throwing partners like a true sensei! We're all about personalized training, making sure everyone feels right at home.
Unleash Your Inner Warrior
- Marvelous Mondays (6-8 p.m.): Get your heart racing with fitness-focused sessions and some friendly sparring. It's all about practicing and perfecting what you've learned!
- Thrilling Thursdays (6-8 p.m.): Sensei Matt takes the lead as we explore self-defense techniques and the art of throwing.
- Super Sundays (11 am - 1 pm): Are you an Orange belt, maybe Green? Are you graded even above these? Well, Sundays are the session for you. These are for Jitsu Ka who are an Orange or higher and are an opportunity for our higher grades to work on their more advanced techniques and have a chance to perform under some heavy pressure in a safe and respectful environment.
Crazy Collab Sessions
Every 6 weeks, we join forces with the legends at Newquay Jiu Jitsu. Get ready to learn from senseis with decades of experience, and pick up some mind-blowing moves!
Where the Magic Happens
We gather our warriors at the Thomas Pitts Hall, PL48BT (right across from Robbins). That's where the mats meet the magic!

Join us at the annual Atemis and Randoris events, where Jitsu clubs from across the nation unite for an adrenaline-pumping weekend of training, competing, and bonding. We're talking about 800+ passionate souls on the mats, guided by the most experienced instructors. And guess what? Winning is always on the agenda. Plus, our Jitsu Summer School in Newquay lets us camp, train, and ride the waves together!
