You will be able to collect your Summer Ball wristband from the 12th of May on select dates and at set times. Please make sure you are aware of these dates and times and plan to collect your wristband accourdingly.

If you have purchased a ticket(s) for the Summer Ball 2025, you will need to collect your physical ticket (wristband) from the SU on one of the following dates.

Please note, you will NOT be able to enter the Summer Ball without a wristband. There are no exceptions to this.

Collection times:

• Monday 12th May: 3-8pm
• Tuesday 13th May: 3-8pm
• Wednesday 14th May: 3-8pm
• Thursday 15th May: 3-9pm (8-9pm from the ZigZag bar)

Collection is from the main bar in the SU.

To collect your wristband you will need:

• Your e-ticket's QR code (this will be found in your email receipt or on your profile on the Native website). *required
• A form of ID (student card, driver's license or passport). *required

Note: You can only collect the wristband(s) you have purchased.

If you are unable to collect your wristband, you can give permission for a friend to collect yours. To do so, please email us on: summerball@upsu.com, saying who you are authorising to collect on your behalf, and make sure to CC that person into the email too.

We will not allow collection of a wristband for another person without prior written permission from the ticket holder.

Didn't receive an email receipt containing your e-tickets?

It is likely you entered your email incorrectly during checkout. You can view and edit your email from your profile on the Native website (upsu.native.fm/account/profile).

It is important to have this correct so that you receive any important information from us regarding the Summer Ball.

If you have changed this, contact us on summerball@upsu.com, and we will be able to re-send your email receipt to you.
