You will be able to collect your Summer Ball wristband from the 12th of May on select dates and at set times. Please make sure you are aware of these dates and times and plan to collect your wristband accourdingly.
If you have purchased a ticket(s) for the Summer Ball 2024, you will need to collect your physical ticket (wristband) from the SU on one of the following dates.
Please note, you will NOT be able to enter the Summer Ball without a wristband. There are no exceptions to this.
Collection times:
- Sunday 12th May: 3-8pm
- Monday 13th May: 3-8pm
- Tuesday 14th May: 3-8pm
- Wednesday 15th May: 3-8pm
- Thursday 16th May: 3-8pm
To collect your wristband you will need:
- Your e-ticket's QR code (this will be found in your email receipt or on your profile on the Native website). *required
- A form of ID (student card, driver's license or passport). *required
Note: You can only collect the wristband(s) you have purchased, you will not be able to collect other students' wristbands for them, unless with prior permission given to us. Please contact us for details on this by emailing summerball@upsu.com.
If you are emailing to authorise a friend to collect your wristband, please contact us via email on: summerball@upsu.com and make sure that you copy (cc) in the person you are giving permission to.
Didn't receive an email receipt containing your e-tickets?
It is likely you entered your email incorrectly during checkout. You can view and edit your email from your profile on the Native website. It is important to have this correct so that you receive any important information from us regarding the Summer Ball.
If you have changed this, contact us on summerball@upsu.com, and we will be able to re-send your email receipt to you.
Note: You can also view and use your e-tickets from the Native website at the collection point.
