A big congraulations to the winners of the Green Week photography competition!
We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who submitted their photos, regardless of whether your photo won you should be proud of your work.
We had some amazing submissions and picking the winners was incredibly difficult.
All categories had both a mobile phone and a camera winner. The categories are:
- Photos of plants and fungus taken on any of our campuses
- Photos of animals taken on any of our campuses
- Accepting photos from where home is currently for you, inclusive of placement students
- Accepting photos from where home is currently for you, inclusive of placement students
The judging panel consisted of members of staff across the University Estates, Academia and the SU. They judged the photos based on the following;
- How obvious is the photograph's location?
- How clear is the identified feature?
- How much “wow” factor, or humour, is there in the photo?"
