What I am currently working on:
- Getting course-related feedback from the course reps of the SoHP: Feedback of the students' experiences doing their respective modules throughout the first semester is being obtained to amplify any particular themes they have faced.
- Graduation ceremony: Many students have expressed concern regarding the changes in the graduation process. A feedback form that was circulated through the course reps to all the students which was filled by 84 students, helped gain insight into the information that 84 % of the students so far prefer to have a separate graduation day instead of a unified graduation.
- Regarding delays in marking due to extenuating circumstances: Students expressed that although they would be moderately concerned if a delay should occur in the marking of their assignments. If a rectified date was given before a delay, 46% of students would accept a delay of 3-5 days, while 33% would accept a delay of 1-2 days
