Imkaan : the only UK-based, second-tier women's organisation dedicated to addressing violence against Black and?minoritised?women and girls.

Karma Nirvana: get help if you are experiencing Honour Based Abuse or facing a forced marriage. 

Discrimination

Equality Advisory Support Service: has a Helpline to give information and guidance on discrimination and human rights issues. 

Stop Hate UK: a charity that provides independent and confidential support to people affected by Hate Crime

True Vision: a police-funded site which provides information about hate crimes, how you can get support and the ability to report incidents online. 

Race/ Religion

Measuring Anti-Muslim Attacks (MAMA): is a secure and reliable service that allows people from across England to report any form of Anti-Muslim abuse. Can also refer you for support through partner agencies 

The Community Security Trust (National Organisation for Jewish victims)provides security advice and training for Jewish communal organisations, schools and synagogues

Friends, Families and Travellers (FFT)work to end racism and discrimination against Gypsy, Roma and Traveller people and to protect the right to pursue a nomadic way of life.

GATE Herts (A national reporting service)a hate incident reporting site and support service that is run by and for Gypsy, Traveller and Roma communities in the UK

LGBT

UoP Transgender and Non-Binary Support Society: a student led society which aims to provide a safe and comfortable space for transgender, nonbinary, and gender questioning students to meet and socialise. 

UoP LGBT+ Society : a student led society which represents LGBT+ students, champions their rights and runs regular socials.

Intercom Trust:  a local South West based charity which can point you in the right direction for support, including a confidential helpline. 

Supporting Trans and Non-Binary People: this leaflet from Sari is a useful guide for cisgender people on how you can best support trans and non-binary people in your life. 

Galop: national organisation supporting LGBT victims

LGBT Consortium: have a large directory of their member organisations and work to build the resource, sustainability and resilience of LGBT+ groups, organisations and projects across the UK

Albert Kennedy Trustsupports lgbtq+ young people aged 16-25 in the uk who are facing or experiencing homelessness or living in a hostile environment.

LGBT Foundation : a national charity delivering advice, support and information services to lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) communities.

Stonewallcampaign charity which stand for lesbian, gay, bi, trans, queer, questioning and ace (LGBTQ+) people everywhere.

Trans Unit: a directory of transgender support groups across the UK

Beaumont Society: the largest and longest established transgender support gorup in the UK 

TransEDU: open-access resources, guidance and training materials for the univeristy and college sector

Disability

Disability Information and Advice Line (DIAL) : provide information and support to individuals living with disability throughout the United Kingdom.

Mencap: a charity providing advice and support and information to work for a world where people with a learning disability are valued equally, listened to and included. 

Mind: provide support and advice for those experiencing mental health problems. 

Respond: a national charity providing therapy and specialist support services to people with learning disabilities, autism or both who have experienced abuse, violence or trauma
