Learn how to encourage effective teamworking.
Are you a team player? Do you know what makes a good team?
Learn how to work well in a team, and gain valuable skills to develop good teamworking, whether its for running a sports club, society or for completing a project with fellow students/work colleagues.

Whatever it is good teamwork can be the difference to help you succeed.
Aim:
- To provide attendees with a greater understanding of what makes good teamwork.
Learning outcomes - by the end of the session you will be able to:
- define the different team roles within a group.
- recall the stages of team development.
- discuss why some some teams fail and why others are successful
- make use of certain tools to help enhance the performance of teams.
