Have a go at stand-up paddleboarding in the warm, calm and clear waters of the Plymouth Life Centre! Develop the basic skills of paddleboarding indoors, ready to take them out to the amazing Plymouth coastline in the summer.
Stand-up paddleboarding is one of the fastest growing sports in the UK, coached by a qualified instructor you will be paddling around on your feet in no time.
There is no need to have any prior experience and you will be provided with any relevant equipment.
What to wear: As you will be in the tropical waters of the Life Centre there is no need for any special clothing, a swimming costume is absolutely fine. If you would also like to wear a rashvest/t-shirt and shorts that is no problem.
The evening will be split into two session, each 1 hour, book on to your prefered time slot.
