You will receive 2 hours training, including technique drills, bag work and even sparring if you feel up for it! We will meet on the SU roof at 13:30.
You will receive 2 hours training, including technique drills, bag work and even sparring if you feel up for it! All skill levels are welcome, we have coaches around the gym to take the session and answer any questions you may have and to help you learn safely. All you need to bring are some clothes you dont mind sweating in and some water, all the other equipment will be provided for you! We will meet on the SU roof at 13:30 and walk to the gym together as a group.
