Go and try the SU gym with no membership for the day!
Free Gym Sessions
Being active isn't just good for your body, it's great for your mind too! Regular physical exercise has been shown to improve mood, reduce stress and anxiety, and boost overall mental well-being.
On the 17th of September we are offering free SU gym access, pop down to the gym and make use of our space.

Just turn up on the day with your student ID and some comfortable and appropriate gymwear!
