The Accommodation Fair is your chance to find your house and housemates inside the SU, by meeting loads of local providers from around the city, all in one place.
We want to make sure you find your perfect student home. There are lots of accommodation providers to choose from, make sure you don't rush, take your time and make sure you know what you are signing up for.
Before you sign any contract...
You can use the free tenancy checking service available at the SU. Our team of SU Advice advisors will look through your agreement and help you to make sure that you're getting the best deal. Once you've signed your Tenancy Agreement it's a legally binding contract, so make sure that you don't rush or feel pressured into signing.

Event photography and video
Please be aware that some of the University of Plymouth Students’ Union events may be attended by UPSU approved photographers and videographers, for capturing content to be used in UPSU and University online and offline marketing and promotional materials,
for example webpages, social media or flyers. If for whatever reason, you or a member of your group, do not wish to be photographed, please make yourself known to staff working at the event on arrival or to the photographer.
