So much about meditation is to do with observation, we observe the mind and body and attempt to understand the processes that go on within us, taking some time for yourself to recharge and look inward, a huge part of this is through something called mindfulness. By being mindful we can help to reduce stress and anxiety as well as being more fully focused on the task at hand.

You do not need a mat to do this session.
