What motivated you to run for a Sabbatical Officer role and why do you think you would be a good Sabbatical Officer?

I am deeply driven to pursue the role of Sabbatical Officer, fueled by my unwavering commitment to champion the rights of students and make a meaningful impact in the university community. Drawing from my extensive experience in leadership, communication, and critical thinking, I am confident in my ability to effectively voice student concerns and spearhead initiatives that will elevate campus life and support services.

Why is the Sabbatical Officer role important

I believe there should be a connection point to meet the intersection of students' needs and wants from the university, enabling them to spend their entire student life happily. Simultaneously, it's crucial to provide students with information on the dos and don'ts of navigating their surroundings to create excellent service for them.

Friendly,Talkative, Open-Book

If you could change one thing about the University, what would that be

University of Plymouth could improve its student experience by enhancing support services for local and international students. This entails expanding counseling, academic guidance, and cultural integration programs. By offering more resources, the university fosters inclusivity and success. Fortunately, these changes are feasible within its administrative capabilities.

If you could change one thing about the Students' Union, what would it be?

If given the chance, I would make it my top priority to improve communication between the Students' Union and the student population. By promoting transparency and increasing accessibility, we can better involve students in decision-making processes and empower them to be active participants. This initiative aligns perfectly with our goal of creating a dynamic and inclusive campus community, where student voices are not just heard, but valued and considered as well.

Who do you draw most inspiration from and why?

I am an International Student from Asia. I know the Struggles of International Students and their needs at the University. Moreover, I would like to create a friendly University that makes it more enjoyable to the university with more interesting Topics and Improvements and challenges brought back to the university that Students both Local and International, are hoping for.

What is your proudest moment so far and why?

I could able to organized the Talk Shows and as an Course Representative of MSc International Business and able to stand out as an course Representative as an Master Student during my Study at University of Plymouth
