Although university is a fun and liberating experience, each one of us still want to come out of our time here with the best and fair results possible.

I will work with students and staff to resolve academic issues for everyone, regardless of your gender, physical ability, financial situation, level of study, sexual preference - you deserve equality, and you deserve a voice.

I will lobby the university for standardised format for assignments throughout each module so marking is consistent regardless of lecturer, and make assignments transparent by having them double checked by a second lecturer for relevant information, clarity and realistic goals.

I will develop student-led groups to collect feedback regarding academic excursions, so that funding for excursions is optimised and is as cost effective as possible for individual students.

I aim to achieve equal opportunities for LGBTQ+ when attending excursions- its not a disability so asking for separate rooms should not mean the student has to apply on medical grounds to be heard.

Being VP Education is an exciting role for me because I am committed to your future and however I can, I will work to make sure you leave Plymouth University knowing you were your best self and achieved the best and most fair result for you, whilst having the time of your life!

A vote for me is a vote for your future.
