Run Plymouth are seeking Event Volunteers for all three running events taking place on Sunday 28th April 2024.

They have a multitude of Event Volunteer roles available, including the following:

• Route Marshals (along the route instructing athletes)

• Event Day Set-up (putting up banners/flags)

• Race Start/Finish Area volunteers (to aid in handing out medals and water)

The role of event marshals will include the following:

• Signposting Athletes and providing directions and/or instructions

• Observing key points of the route

• Health and Safety observations and reporting

• Championing the athletes providing encouragement

What skills make a great volunteer?

Positive attitude, confident, energetic and observant people make great marshals. All volunteers will receive a goody bag and free place into future Run Plymouth events.
