UPSU Christmas Closing Times

Just like you, the UPSU team are starting to wind down for Christmas break!

Different departments will close at varying times over the next week and reopen on different dates in January 2023:

 

UPSU Advice:

Closing: 4pm 20th December 2022

Opening: 5th January 2023, resuming normal opening hours.

 

UPSU Shop:

Closing: 5pm 16th December 2022

Opening: 9th January 2023, resuming normal opening hours.

With the UPSU Shop closing on the 16th, the last day for online orders is midnight 15th December 2022 (UK) and 2nd December 2022 for international.

Please note, postal strikes and delays may mean deliveries do not arrive before Christmas. Orders placed after these dates will be dispatched 2023.

 

UPSU Gym:

UPSU Gym will be running reduced hours from the 12th December 2022 to the 16th December 2022: weekdays from 7:30am – 8pm

Closing: 8pm 16th December 2022

Opening: 7:30am 3rd January 2023

UPSU Gym will be running reduced hours from the 3rd January 2023 to the 22nd January 2023: weekdays from 7:30am – 8pm, weekends from 9am – 1pm

 

UPSU Bar/Cafe:

Closing: 5pm 16th December 2022

Opening: 9th January 2023, resuming normal opening hours.
 

Sports and Societies: 

Societies closing: 16th December 2022

Societies opening: 3rd January 2023

Sports closing: 21st December 2022 (not in office from 16th December 2022)

Sports opening: 3rd January 2023

 

Student Voice:

Closing: 16th December 2022

Opening: 4th January 2023

 

UPSU Building: 

The UPSU buidling will be closed from 5pm Friday 16th December.

The venue will re-open Monday 19th and Tuesday 20th December 2022 from 9am - 5pm, and Wednesday 21st December 2022 from 9am - 1pm.

Then we will be closed from the 22nd December 2022.

The UPSU building will open on reduced hours from the 3rd January - 6th January 2023: 9am - 5pm.

The UPSU building will be closed on the 7th January and 8th January 2023. They will resume normal working hours from 9th January 2023.
