We will be going on our annual trip soon to Newquay for two nights (23rd - 25th October)! There will be surf lessons included and also be optional social activities such as games/sober nights in or nights out.
Dates: 23rd - 25th October 2026
Accommodation: Blue Room Newquay, for two nights, with an inclusive breakfast.
Surf Lessons: Two separate groups, beginner and advanced. Each group will get a 2-hour lesson with one instructor per eight people. Wetsuit and board hire will be included.
Transportation: Students can travel by train with three Medsoc committee members, or self-organised by car, with free parking at the hostel. Committee members will accompany students from the University Campus to Plymouth train station, travel on the train, and then walk from Newquay train station to the hostel.
