Want to try something new? Connect with others? Stay active and healthy? Or maybe you just want to get involved in something fun?
Give It A Go is a weekly timetable of low level activities available to all students and staff of the University of Plymouth. All activities have equipment provided and are no commitment and low cost.
No experience necessary
Please book in advance due to the limited capacity. You will need to sign in at the SU Gym reception upon arrival.

Event photography and video
Please be aware that some of the University of Plymouth Students’ Union events may be attended by UPSU approved photographers and videographers, for capturing content to be used in UPSU and University online and offline marketing and promotional materials,
for example webpages, social media or flyers. If for whatever reason, you or a member of your group, do not wish to be photographed, please make yourself known to staff working at the event on arrival or to the photographer.
