This event is part of International Arrivals Week and is open to International Students.
A spin on Classical Pilates, our STOTT Pilates class will help improve your strength, flexibility and body awareness. This class is a contemporary approach to Pilates that focuses on controlled movements, core stability to reduce joint stress and accommodates different fitness levels.
The session is free but please book your space in advance as there is a limited number of spaces.

What to expect:
- Bring comfortable clothes and a water bottle
- Mats and equipment provided
- A welcoming space to focus, stretch, and recharge
