🏃♀️ CAMPUS TO 5K! 🏃♂️
Want to get into running but don’t know where to start? Or maybe you used to run and want to get back into it? Campus to 5K is for you! 💙
This programme is designed for absolute beginners and anyone returning to running, helping you gradually build up your fitness and confidence until you can comfortably run 5K.
There’s no need to be a fast runner or have any previous experience – we’ll take it at a pace that works for you and support you along the way.
