Our aim is to support Future Health Africa through fundraising and encouraging medical students to volunteer with the charity’s projects.
Future Health Africa is a UK-based charity which strives for sustainable improvement in the health and wellbeing of people in low-middle-income countries (LMICs). Through sharing skills, they hope to transform lives, relieve suffering and reduce poverty. Wherever they work, they collaborate with local communities, governments and other groups. All volunteers have medical experience either as medical students or qualified healthcare professionals in the UK National Health Service (NHS) or are Kenyans working in government facilities. They are all committed to reducing inequity in healthcare and want to make their personal contribution to the achievement of the internationally agreed Sustainable Development Goals.
Our work will be raising awareness of the incredible work this charity does as well as holding fundraising events for them too.
