Hi, I’m Cheryl and I’m currently in my 4th year studying cardiac physiology.

I’m grateful to have been re-elected as School Rep after taking the position in my 1st year of studies. Since then, I’ve set out to fully embrace the university lifestyle whilst learning about and engaging with the uni through various ambassadorial roles. This allowed me to interact with a range of individuals and provided a new perspective of what prospective and current students want to gain from university.

My aims for this year are to ensure:

• Mutual understanding between students and staff regarding coursework, exams or protocols etc.
• Accessibility and student awareness of points of contact to raise concerns (feel free to email me with and I will be able to chat or signpost you).
• All students in the School of Biomedical Sciences feel heard and supported, both in your current studies and planning for future endeavours.
