There are big things happening in the SU Gym!
- Glute Drive
- X 2 Dual chest and shoulder press machines
- Seated leg extension & hamstring curl
- Seated leg extension & lying hamstring curl
- Combined adductor and abductor machine
- Pec deck & rear fly
We have spent over three months making sure the selection of equipment was the right choice for us.
We have also revamped our free weights area with a full brand-new set of adjustable benches and dumbbells along with new bumper plates & disc plates.
The refurb will be happening on the 6th of February and 7th of February, which does mean 2 days of closure: but it will be worth it!
We are excited for you to see the improvements we have made and keeping our promise to invest back into the student experience.
