The Vegetarian and Vegan Society held a competition for its members from December to January. They invited their members to design a vibrant and illustrative poster to promote plant-based eating for Veganuary.

"We picked the winning poster as it met our guidelines of being positive instead of forceful or negative. We know that to make real change and inspire vegetarian or vegan eating, you must be a positive force praising the person for what they CAN do, not scare them with frightening stats or numbers."

The winner, Maisie, won a bundle of vegan goodies including chocolate and sweets, gifts from the Body Shop, Lush and a Love2Shop voucher!
