has also been incredibly rewarding. It was great to see people come together—to work, negotiate, and communicate—resolving issues and improving the overall experience for everyone.

Representation and Meetings
Continuing from the last semester, I attended all the key administrative meetings, such as STLQC and FTLQC, representing the voice of students and advocating for positive change. It was great to reflect on some of the fantastic decisions and actions that have been taken to support our wonderful school. This semester, I also had the chance to meet our new Head of School and work closely with her to ensure effective dialogue between the administration and the students.

Addressing the Wood Workshop Issue
Although the wood workshop issue continued, I worked with the students to ensure their concerns were heard and acted upon. I organised and hosted a Q&A session for students of the School of Art, Design and Architecture with the Dean and the technical team. It was a productive discussion, where we gathered feedback and identified constructive ways forward. I believe that the communication established in that session laid the groundwork for a better system of updating students, which I hope continues moving forward.

Supporting Students and Courses
Many students reached out to me with feedback. As part of my role, I listened, signposted, and most importantly, collected and relayed their feedback to ensure their voices were heard. Together with the course reps, we created a Discord page to allow for more casual communication and to build a more interactive and open community.

This semester, I worked closely with several courses—supporting new ones like 3D Design by helping them establish their Instagram page, and collaborating with Illustration students to discuss their projects, markets, and future ideas.

Responding to Changes in Fine Art
It was with a heavy heart that I learned the Fine Art course has been discontinued. There are so many wonderful people in our school who deserve to be heard. While I wasn’t able to bring about significant changes there, I did meet with the students and helped organise a meeting between them and the Head of School to discuss the future and ongoing work.

Passing On Student Ideas
To end this report, I would like to add that the students here have brilliant minds and a strong desire to contribute to the future of our education and its promotion. I collected their amazing ideas and passed them on to the Head of School, Associate Head, and Faculty rep to ensure those thoughts don’t get lost, but are considered, acted upon, and hopefully implemented.

As my time as School Rep ends, I wish my successor all the best in continuing this work. A huge thank you to all the students, course reps, staff members and admins. It has been my pleasure to work with you and to represent the School of Art, Design and Architecture. If you see me around - come say hello! Wishing you all the very best.
