Students Wanted To Help Grow Their Fellow Students

hpfeature

Responding to student demand, UPSU is setting up a programme of generic skills training sessions to support your development. Such sessions will cover skills such as team building, motivating others and social media as a promotional tool. We are looking to recruit training providers who are students, to form a part of this exciting plan and provide these sessions.

Interested?

If you have any experience in generic skill areas such as teamwork, holding meetings, time management, social media, public speaking, leadership, communication and/or any other of these areas, then we would really like to hear from you. No experience of actually providing training is necessary but a positive, can-do attitude is essential.

What’s In It For You?

  • The chance to receive training and gain skills and techniques in effective training provision, as well as nurture some of your key abilities such as communication and organisation.
  • The chance to broaden your C.V. and request references for future employment/further study.
  • The opportunity to become part of a team of student trainers, meet new people and have some fun.

A full role description can be found here.
