You have told us that you would like to have more of a say on decisions made at UPSU, and it is in light of this feedback that we have decided to publish all proposals to the Union Executive Committee (UEC) before they are voted on by our elected representatives. We believe that it’s in the best interest of students to be able to read, comment on, and discuss proposals in order for the full-time and part-time officers to make fully informed decisions at UEC. These decisions can greatly impact on the student experience at the University of Plymouth and therefore, it is important that we give all students a voice.
