Bar Shift Manager

An exciting opportunity to join our largest commercial team here at UPSU, employing a team of over 60 student staff, and in one of the largest bar & club venues in Plymouth.

This role is the perfect opportunity for anybody who wants to make the next step in their career within hospitality. We are looking for an outgoing, hardworking and charismatic individual to join a lively and engaged management team to help further the continuing success of the department.

You will be hands on, work in a fast paced environment and involved with planning and execution of some of our busiest events, including Freshers week, Oktoberfest, multiple festivals and sporting events throughout the year, and our annual Summer Ball which hosts more than 4000 students each year.

Role information:

1 year fixed term

Pay scale: 2 (£17,856 - £18,496)

Time scales:

Start date: 23^rd August 2021
