This session is run by The Cube - They offer support to businesses, freelancers and the self-employed.
The most important thing that most experienced entrepreneurs will say is listening to your customers. To do that it's absolutely key to talk to them. Whether phone calls, in person or over email, we'll talk you through the pitfalls of making sure they tell you the truth and not what you want to hear, and how to go about it.
