Do you need to get a point across, promote your society/club/activity or run a stall? Effective communication skills are a vital part of being able to get your message heard.

Join us to enhance your comunication skils and understand how to effectively engage with others in a face-to-face conversation.

At the end of this session, you should be able to:

  • Identify how to effectively approach and engage others.
  • Explain the relevance of active listening and unconscious bias in face-to-face communication.
  • Describe how to make yourself approachable.
