Do you want to learn more about the benefits of project management?
The aim of this free UPSU training session is for those attending to gain a basic understanding of how they can improve their team work and feel more confident working in a team.
By the end of this session you should be able to:
• Explain how to define a project.
• Elaborate on the different aspects of project management
• Understand how to produce a realistic time line for a project
