We are delighted to be hosting Aquarium Yoga again this year! 🫶
💙Join us for this amazing opportunity to do good and feel good, with £1 of each ticket going directly to our chosen charity, Mind. As future healthcare professionals, supporting mental health matters to all of us – so you can relax knowing you’re also contributing to a great cause.
After long shifts, lectures, and placement stress, come and join us for something a little different – a guided Ashtanga yoga session in the National Marine Aquarium, surrounded by beautiful marine life. 🧘♀️🐠
We’ll move through gentle stretches, flowing sequences and simple breathing exercises while the tanks glow around us, creating a super calming atmosphere. It’s the perfect chance to switch off your brain for an hour, slow down, and properly unwind with people who get exactly how busy life can be.
You definitely don’t need to be a yoga expert – this is all about giving it a go, having a laugh, and enjoying a peaceful, feel-good evening together outside of uni and placements. Whether you’re feeling stressed, tired, or just fancy trying something new, this is your sign to come along.
All are welcome- bring your friends, whether they be student nurses or not! Let's come together in calm and take some time for our well-being. Yoga mats are provided.
