Members - do you have a friend who wants to try stand-up paddleboarding but they're still umming and ahhing over whether to get their membership? This is your opportunity to bring them along, even if just as a one-off!

This paddle will run like a normal members paddle but will include a 15-minute safety briefing at the start for any newcomers. Open to both members and non-members - anyone is welcome, whether they are joining us as a member, a plus-one or just to try something new solo!

Meet on the SU roof at 3pm to walk down with the committee, or arrive at South West SUP by 4pm if you're making your own way there :)

You will need:

• A swimsuit (ideally worn underneath your clothes on the way there due to limited changing facilities)
• A towel
• A fleece/jacket to wear over your wetsuit whilst on the water
• To sign the saftey waiver found linked in our Instagram bio @plymunisup if you are paddling with us for the first time

Feel free to bring your own wetsuit, water shoes or buoyancy aid, but these can all be borrowed from South West SUP at no extra cost!
