Whether you’re completely new to Ultimate Frisbee or have some experience, our indoor sessions are a welcoming space to improve your skills. Beginners can learn the basics -throwing, catching, movement, and simple game tactics, while experienced players can sharpen technique and agility.
If you enjoy it, you can take your skills outdoors during our Wednesday and Sunday sessions!
Come along in sports kit, indoor sport shoes and a drink, we'll sort out everything else!
