On the 23rd December, 2025, the Minecraft Society are hosting a festive-themed social evening in collaboration with the DNLTHC Society, Games Society, and SwitchUp Society. We will be in Rolle 001 from 7pm until 10pm.
This is an open event for any students at the University of Plymouth - come and see what we're all about, and enjoy some holiday-centric games, music, food and company.
Dress up if you like - jumpers, costumes, hats, bring it on!
Partake in games such as Uno, Murder Mystery, Quiplash, Festive Kahoot, and more! Feel free to bring your own games too.
This event is not religion-specific; all cultures are welcome. The theme is winter festivity, including Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Yule, Christmas, and everything in between!
There will be no flickering or flashing lights, so the event is safe for epileptic or photosensitive students too.
Snacks will be provided, and if you bring your own, please ensure all ingredients are listed, and avoid regular allergens such as nuts.
At a time where loneliness is rife, let's get together and celebrate life!
See you there!
