🌊 Join Us for a Sea-sational Craft Night & Talk! 🐚
Looking for a fun, creative, and ocean-inspired evening?
Come along to our Craft Night & Talk – where marine science meets hands-on creativity!
🗓️ Date: 28/10/25
🕕 Time: 7pm
📍 Location: Will be announced in our members groupchat or on our Instagram for non-members
🎟️ All welcome – no experience necessary!
🧵 What’s Happening?
Get crafty and let your imagination help you modelling with air-dry clay. If it is your favorite marine animal or a little ROV - come along.
In the first half hour we will also have placement students sharing their tips on how they found a placement.
- 🐠 Talk on the National Marine Aquarium
- 🌍 Talk from a student on placement with EDF!
- 🇦🇺 Talk on someone doing marine conservation in Australia!
So if you're considering placement or just curious, come along! :)
🎨 Craft supplies provided – but feel free to bring your own ideas.
Whether you're a scientist, artist, or just ocean-curious – this is a night for everyone :)
