From now on swims are MEMBERS ONLY please buy your membership if you wish to come to any of our swims, they are still free to attend.
We plan on meeting on the hoe and we will be doing a social swim. Every attendee must have completed the pool section of their swim competency check and they will be required to complete the sea competency check if they haven't done so already.

All leaders and lifeguards are appropriately qualified and we have the correct kit to conduct a session safely and properly.
Judging by the current forecast, a 20 minute time limit will be imposed to ensure maximum safety, but this will be reviewed closer to the time. 20 attendees maximum as there is only one lifeguard present.
Wind is low. Chance of rain is very low. Air temp is forecast to be around 15-18 degrees. Water temp is TBC estimated at 13-14.5 degrees.

Please be aware that some of the University of Plymouth Students’ Union events may be attended by UPSU approved photographers and videographers, for capturing content to be used in UPSU and University online and offline marketing and promotional materials,
for example webpages, social media or flyers. If for whatever reason, you or a member of your group, do not wish to be photographed, please make yourself known to staff working at the event on arrival or to the photographer.
