Hi everyone!
We'd love to invite you to our regular guided meditation events that happen every Monday at 7pm in the Pastoral Spiritual Support Centre (opposite JSV pub).
They are very chill and open to people who have never meditated before in their life as well as people who have been meditation for years- and every single person that came when they were unsure never looked back and said it was so worth it.
We hope to be a safe space for you every week, in which you can unwind and set aside the worries that university life inevitably bring and set aside perfection. If you leave these sessions even feeling 5% more present and in tune with yourself, that is huge progress and will change the tone for the rest of your week ahead.
