Our Showcase Team Captain, Jade, is running a floorwork and base work workshop in Davy Main Hall, on the 19th October!
The workshop is an hour and fifteen minutes long session focused on helping members gain confidence when forming routines. Perfect for those planning a routine for showcase, competition or just for fun!
Tickets cost: £3.
Beginner Flow, 1:15pm to 2:30pm:
- Spaces Available: 8
- Over the session you will learn: foundational techniques, rolls, entries to floor, tricks and combos.
- Yoga mat and knee pads are suggested but not essential
No prior experience is needed to attend the Beginner workshop as all basics will be covered!
