Need to unwind over the weekend?
Our Stretch & Flow class is the perfect way to slow down while still getting some gentle movement in. It’s ideal for anyone looking to relax, recover from other sports, or improve mobility to help prevent injury. The session blends deep stretches with gentle, flowing movements to improve flexibility, unlock mobility, and release tension throughout the body. We also incorporate light strength work to build stability and control, leaving you feeling more balanced, grounded, and at ease. All abilities are welcome.
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are fit and healthy to participate in this class and are not going against any medical advice in doing so. Please ensure that you have no undisclosed injuries or health conditions that may affect your ability to take part safely.
We do not accept liability for any issues arising from participation where such conditions are not disclosed. We also reserve the right to ask you to leave the class if you are deemed unfit to practice safely.
