Join us for our Strength & Conditioning class – a high-energy session designed to challenge your stability, build functional strength, and push your limits in the best way. We’ll focus on core control, balance, and technique while helping you break a sweat and boost your overall fitness. This class is open to all levels, whether you're just starting out or looking to level up your training.
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are fit and healthy to participate in this class and are not going against any medical advice in doing so. Please ensure that you have no undisclosed injuries or health conditions that may affect your ability to take part safely.
We do not accept liability for any issues arising from participation where such conditions are not disclosed. We also reserve the right to ask you to leave the class if you are deemed unfit to practice safely.
Please note that all tickets are non-refundable. Swaps may be permitted if at least 48 hours’ notice is given and are subject to class availability. To request a ticket swap, please email our chair or contact us via our Pilates Instagram.
