This is the 1st of two track taster sessions with UPAC! 

What to expect:

We will be having our own sportsday icebreaker as our first club session of the 2025/26 year. This will incorporate:

• Team games such as egg and spoon races, wheelbarrow races and relay variations (just to name a few!)
• A silly, unserious session where freshers, or anybody else thinking of trying out athletics, can get to know our club and its members
• Plenty of prizes up for grabs
• No need to bring spikes or any equipment - just wear something comfy that you can move in
• No memberships are required to join this session - everyone is welcome, so come solo or bring a flatmate!

Please meet us at 13:15 on the SU roof to walk down to Brickfields athletics track as a group (alternatively, you may make your own way there for 14:00).

There will be a follow-up training taster session on Friday 26th September, which will be geared towards our usual track session experience with endurance and sprint groups.
