New or returning? Join us for our first walk of the year as we cross the Tamar into Cornwall!
We'll be walking from the Mt. Edgecombe estate, along the coastal path to the picturesque town of Cawsand. Expect one or two training medical scenarios along the route which we'll work through as a group. If you like walking and are interested in first aid or medicine, then this will be a nice introduction to what we do in PUWEMS!
Please note that you'll be required to pay for the ferry crossing.
Costs and itinery
- We will be meeting on the SU roof at 9 am Saturday 20th
- From here we will walk as a group to catch the ferry to Mt. Edgecombe (£3)
- Walk and medical scenarios
- We will arrive at Cawsand for lunch then get on the ferry (£6.50) to return back to the Barbican for early afternoon.

for example webpages, social media or flyers. If for whatever reason, you or a member of your group, do not wish to be photographed, please make yourself known to staff working at the event on arrival or to the photographer.
